Aduscale is a small, focused team. We work with LA general contractors every day — people running ADUs, ground-up residential, remodels, and tenant improvements. The common pattern we kept hearing: a contractor sits on hold with 311 for 30 minutes, then logs into PCIS to check a result that was already posted three hours ago, then discovers an inspection failed while the crew is already on site. Hours lost before 10 AM, every day, on every project.
InspectPilot is what we built to make that stop.
We're not a project-management platform. We don't want to be your whole back office. InspectPilot does one thing: it removes the repetitive LADBS work between you and a completed inspection. Schedule, track, handle corrections. That's it.
